The Clearing leverages our years of expertise in group dynamics and facilitation to transform customer meetings into productive work sessions that establish and maintain alignment among stakeholders. We facilitate senior leadership discussions, meetings and off-sites, and negotiations in and across organizations in areas of high stakeholder complexity.

The Clearing's skilled facilitators use unique visual tools to capture the content of client sessions to keep groups on track, support and encourage equal participation of all those involved, and increase collaboration. These tools, "super graphics", are large-scale charts that are hand-drawn in real-time. This powerful means of capturing meeting content also allows for efficient communication across stakeholders after the session is over through the use of digital photographs and meeting reports.

New England Healthcare Institute

Deirdre Crowley worked with the New England Healthcare Institute (NEHI) to create a single mural to depict their vision, mission, goals and policy initiatives in a creative, easy to communicate format.

Save Darfur

In March 2007, Deirdre had the privilege of working with the Save Darfur Coalition. The result was the design and production of two graphics that illustrate first, the contribution US investments are making to the genocide in Sudan and, second, a solution via a divestment strategy developed by the Sudan Divestment Task Force.
